Established in 2011, ACO Education Development Foundation (“ACO”) (formerly ARCH Community Outreach Ltd) is a Hong Kong S88 charity that supports the advancement of education and youth development in Hong Kong.

ACO was supported initially by a gift in 2011 and received an endorsement from St. James’ Settlement in 2012 as a partner charity. Today, ACO is supported by corporate and individual sponsorships that help fund specific programs or provide opportunities to participating students.

Over the years, ACO has collaborated with local and international institutions, corporates, and NGOs to organise, support, and deliver various educational programmes for secondary school students in Hong Kong.
