William graduated from Baptist Lui Ming Choi Secondary School and University of Hong Kong (LLB (First Class) and PCLL (Distinction)).

He is trained and qualified with Simmons & Simmons as a dispute resolution lawyer with a focus on financial services litigation and contentious regulatory work.

He previously served in-house at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Credit Suisse and Consultant at Clifford Chance; currently Partner at Howse Williams.

He is actively involved in voluntary work, current positions include Vice Chairman of Power of Love Centaline Charity Fund Haemodialysis Centre and Honorary Legal Adviser of Hong Kong Association of Deputy Principals.
